DeKove Return and Refund Policy
Thank you for shopping with DeKove. I strive to provide high-quality, custom-made merchandise tailored to your preferences. Please review the return and refund policy carefully to understand your rights and responsibilities.
1. Important Notice Before Purchase for branded/ clothing merchandise
- Carefully review your measurements and product specifications before placing your order.
- Each item is customised and produced per order, so I unfortunately cannot accept returns or offer refunds due to:
Incorrect sizing
Change of mind
Not liking the item after purchase
Please ensure all details are correct to avoid issues later.
2. Refund Period
You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a refund.
3. Conditions for Refunds
We only accept and provide refunds in the following cases:
- Lost Item: The item was lost during shipping.
- Damaged Item: The item arrived damaged or defective.
Note: You do not need to return the damaged or defective item. Why? Returns run counter to my emphasis on sustainability, as every return has a carbon footprint.
Instead, photo evidence of the damage or loss is sufficient.
4. Refund Process
If your item qualifies for a refund, follow these steps:
- Please send an email or message to our customer service (info@dekove.me) with your order details and proof of damage, or provide tracking information showing the loss.
- Attach clear photos showing the damage or confirmation of loss through tracking updates.
- Once we verify the evidence, we will process your refund or credit.
