Dekove Consulting: Consultancy Services Policy

At Dekove Consulting, I value your time, commitment, and investment as much as my own. Because coaching and strategic consulting rely on dedicated scheduling and extensive prep work, I utilize the following guidelines to keep our partnership fair, clear, and respectful.

1. 1:1 Consulting Sessions & Strategy Calls

I understand that life happens and schedules shift. If you need to modify an upcoming session, my policy depends on how much notice you provide:

  • More than 48 hours’ notice: You can freely reschedule your session, or cancel it entirely for a full refund.
  • 24 to 48 hours’ notice: If you need to reschedule: You may move your session to a new date one time for free. If you choose to cancel completely: You will receive a 50% refund, as that time slot was locked in specifically for you.
  • Less than 24 hours’ notice (or No-Shows): The session fee is non-refundable, and any rescheduling will require booking and paying for a new session slot.

2. Long-Term Projects & Retainers

For custom, multi-week, or monthly strategic partnerships:

  • Deposits & Onboarding: Any initial deposit or onboarding fee required to secure your project slot is non-refundable once strategy work or research has officially begun.
  • Project Termination: Either party may terminate a long-term contract by providing 14 days’ written notice. Upon termination, you will only be billed for the hours logged or milestones completed up to the final termination date.
  • Delivered Services: Refunds are not issued for consulting hours already delivered or strategic assets already built and transferred to you.

3. Exceptional Circumstances

I believe in a human-first approach. If you are experiencing a sudden personal emergency, crisis, or severe hardship, please let me know as soon as you are able. I am always willing to review unique situations on a case-by-case basis to find a compassionate solution.
